Feel like something’s “off” in your pelvic floor? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to live with it.

Whether you’re leaking, feeling heaviness, experiencing pain with intimacy, or just not feeling like yourself, pelvic floor therapy can help you feel more comfortable, confident, and supported in your body again.

What your first visit feels like

  • Conversation first. We’ll talk about your symptoms, routines and goals before any exam.

  • A partnership, not a prescription. We make decisions together, but you have the final say in what we do or do not address. I’ll make sure you always know the “why” behind anything we do.

  • Collaboration to create a plan that works with your lifestyle, to meet goals that you bring

Evaluation

A pelvic floor OT evaluation is a gentle, trauma‑informed session focused on understanding your symptoms, routines, and goals. You can stay fully clothed if preferred, and we only explore what feels safe for you. With your consent, we may look at bladder, bowel, sexual function, posture, and muscle coordination. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your comfort and healing.

Follow- Up Session

Follow-up sessions build on your initial evaluation and are tailored to your goals, comfort, and progress. Each visit may include education, guided movement, breathwork, manual therapy (if desired), and strategies to support pelvic floor function in daily life.

Treatment is always collaborative—you choose what feels safe and helpful. Whether we’re addressing bladder habits, core coordination, pain management, or emotional stress patterns, your voice and consent guide every step.
